1st layer - 4 cups cooked rice (pour in bottom of 2- 9x 13 dishes or 1 very large dish
2nd layer - 6 cups of cooked vegetables (sautéed onions, celery, garlic, carrots) green beans - pour over rice
3rd layer - 3 cups of cooked cubed chicken - sprinkle over vegetables
4th layer - Make a rue with 3/4 c. flour and 3/4 c. butter, add 6 c. chicken broth
Mix together in a bowl 1 c. mayonnaise, 2 t. lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper and 2 cubes of maggi
Add the mayonnaise mixture to the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes.
