
I came up with this by trial & error since there isn't any salad dressing beyond mustard or vinegar in Massy. I don't measure so I tried to figure out the amount by eyeballing.
3 T. olive oil
2 1/2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 t. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 T. honey
pepper
minced garlic
oregano
thyme
minced onion
basil
Pour it all into a jar with tight fitting lid. Shake up and refrigerate before serving. I think it tastes better after it has time to sit.
