
3/4 c. fresh orange juice
1/4 c. dark hoisin sauce
3 T. cider vinegar
2 T. ketchup
Salt
1 large head broccoli, cut into pieces
8 oz. wide egg noodles
2 T. oil (I used sesame)
1 lb. pork cut into strips
3 T. cornstarch
In bowl stir orange juice, hoisin sauce, vinegar, ketchup and salt. Steam broccoli. Cook noodles. In skillet heat oil and dredge pork in cornstarch. Saute park until browned and cooked through. Pour in sauce and bring to boil. Serve over cooked noodles and add broccoli.
