
2 pkgs of spring mix salad greens
2 medium pears, diced
1 medium avocado
1/2 c. pomegranate seeds
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
Dressing:
6 T. cider vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
3 T. honey
1 t. dijon mustard
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
Topping:
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 c. honey roasted almonds or just toasted.
