peanut oil
peanuts, chopped
1 chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces, cooked
2 onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. water
cayenne pepper, black pepper & salt
Sauté onions & garlic. Add tomato sauce, chicken, peanut butter and enough water to make sauce smooth. Add spices. Simmer. Serve over rice or plantains.
