Salmon Patties

Answer

1 can of salmon, picked through and drained (I couldn't find the canned kind so I started using filets and I poach the filet then flake).

1 egg

crushed saltines

salt & pepper

I like to add some honey mustard to the mix.

Heat a skillet with a little oil over medium heat.  Mix it all together and form into patties.  Place in skillet and cook through flipping to brown & cook both sides.

Mom made these growing up and I make them somewhat frequently - the boys like them too! I tend to not put the recipes that I make a lot and have memorized on here.
